Anda Technologies Wins Mexico Technology Awards for Curing at SMTA Guadalajara 2025
Anda Technologies have a 2025 Mexico Technology Award in the category of Curing for its iCure-F Series Inline Convection Curing Oven. The award was presented during a ceremony held at SMTA Guadalajara on September 17, 2025, celebrating innovation and excellence in electronics manufacturing across the region.

The iCure-F Series is a high-performance inline convection oven engineered for the precise and uniform curing of underfill, epoxy, conformal coatings, and other heat-curable materials. Designed with high-volume production in mind, the iCure-F can accommodate multiple densely populated PCBs simultaneously, delivering consistent heat distribution with ±5°C temperature accuracy and maximum curing temperatures of up to 150°C.
